Welcome to Roosevelt Reserves, a beautiful residential community proudly managed by Midwest Property Management. Our goal is to provide homeowners with the resources, communication, and support needed to maintain a well-managed and enjoyable neighborhood.

Below you’ll find everything you need to know about your association — from contact information and dues to helpful documents and homeowner portal access.

Homeowners can access their HOA accounts through our Buildium Portal.
This secure online platform allows you to:

  • View your statements and account balances

  • Pay annual HOA Dues online

  • Submit maintenance or architectural requests

  • View HOA documents and announcements

  • Communicate directly with management

  • Our annual dues are $495 and due by Jan 31st each year.

Key Community Guidelines

Below is a summary of important HOA rules and restrictions. For complete details, please refer to the Bylaws and Covenants.

  • Architectural Changes: All exterior changes, additions, or improvements (such as fences, paint colors, or landscaping) must receive prior approval from the HOA’s Architectural Committee.

  • Maintenance: Homeowners are responsible for maintaining their property’s exterior, landscaping, and overall appearance.

  • Parking: Commercial vehicles, boats, and trailers may not be parked in driveways or on streets unless specifically approved.

  • Noise and Conduct: Please be considerate of neighbors and follow community noise and nuisance guidelines.

  • Homeowner Association: HOA dues and assessments are used to maintain common areas and fund community improvements. Payments are due as specified in the annual budget.

  • Receptacle Storage: Garbage and recycling receptacles be stored inside enclosed garage when not placed on the curb for pick up.
