Started
Midwest Property Management began with just a few rental properties on the Southeast Side of Fort Wayne and a simple promise: provide quality, affordable housing backed by responsive, honest service.
That local focus remains at the heart of what we do today. We’ve grown into a full-service Fort Wayne property management company, overseeing more than 100 units across the city and surrounding communities.
