Answers to Tenant FAQs
When is my rent due?
Your rent is ALWAYS due on the first day of the month. Your rent is late as of midnight on the first, but we give you a grace period until the 5th. Late charges would begin on the 6th.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Payments are made online through Buildium. Please click here.
How do I request maintenance?

What happens when my lease is up?
You need to give us a 30 to 60-day notice before moving out. Our office will reach out to you 61 to 90 days before your lease ends and will send a Renewal Offer if one is available.
Do you accept Section 8 vouchers?
- Yes, on select properties. Call (260) 485-0027 to inquire about current availability.
Important Tenant Policies
Pet Policy
We allow up to two pets on select rentals. A $500 refundable deposit and $30 monthly rent per pet will apply.
Lease Break Incentive
We allow tenants to break their lease with no fee if they purchase a home through JM Realty (on select rentals only).
